Blue to Gold helps officers Get It Right, Every Time
Blue to Gold training was developed around the concept that expensive legal mistakes can be avoided by offering relevant, high-energy training that is relatable to officers. A lot of legal training is taught by instructors who often do not have law enforcement experience, and this inhibits their ability to translate vital doctrines into ways that cops understand and apply under pressure. As a result, officers become confused and uncertain about their legal decisions and return to the business-as-usual method.
